A T-Shirt Instead of a Halloween Costume

There is a specific and very common problem this solves. Somebody has an office, a school gate, a pub or a party where showing up in nothing at all reads as unfriendly, and showing up in a full costume reads as too much. A shirt with an unmistakable character on it settles it in one garment.
The requirement is narrower than it looks. The design has to be recognisable across a room, to people who are not looking closely and have not asked — which rules out detailed illustration and favours the marks that work as pure silhouette. The characters below are selected on exactly that basis.
